DBCS Corporate Partners - HOW CAN YOU HELP?
The David Brainerd Christian School can grow its funding base simply by being a little more intentional about some of your everyday shopping habits and purchasing decisions. Just look at all of the ways companies are pitching in to help raise the funds needed to enhance our programs here at DBCS:

PUBLIX PARTNERS - New program!! Get your key tag TODAY! Grab one or two extra for grandparents & neighbors.
DBCS can make money every time you shop at Publix. It's simple: you only need to present your Publix Partners key tag, you should have received at registration, each time you shop and Publix will handle everthing else. Your card is good at select Publix locations in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia & South Carolina. Since its inception, Publix has contributed over $14 million to more than 2800 participating schools. It's a wonderful opportunity to increase our instructional budget and to benefit every student at DBCS
BI-LO BONUSCARDS - supporters must enroll their BonusCards each year.
This one-time scan will enroll you for benefits for DBCS until May 31, 2009. Please take the enrollment form you received at registration & ask the cashier to scan it along with your Bi-Lo BonusCard the next time you shop at Bi-Lo. Then pass this form to grandparents, neighbors & friends to scan also. Please keep in mind that whenever you check out at Bi-Lo you MUST use your BonusCard (not phone number) in order for DBCS to get credit.
FIREHOUSE SUBS - All Chattanooga locations
The kind folks of Firehouse Subs are partnering with DBCS & giving back 10% of your purchases when you eat at any of their locations. You must show the Firehouse Community Commitment Card in order to participate. You can pick one up at the front office or contact Tamra Taylor or Kris Twitchell in the Development Office. Remember them for your catering needs!!
TARGET - Take Charge of Education
Target now has three programs that allow you to give back to the charity of your choice- their own Target credit card, Target VISA and a new Target Check Card. The best way to learn more or to enroll in these programs is to visit our local Target store on Gunbarrel Road or log on to www.target.com . Donations total 1% of your purchases at Target and www.target.com and .5% of purchases made elsewhere with your Target Visa or check card. To enroll go to www.target.com and click "Red Card". Then follow the Red Card link to Take Charge of Education.

OFFICE DEPOT
Raising support for DBCS is also easy when you shop at Office Depot or even at www.officedepot.com. All you have to do is be sure to provide our Back-to-School Progam ID number when you check out, and Office Depot will donate 5% back to DBCS.

LAND'S END SCHOOL UNIFORMS
Did you know that when you shop for your student's school uniforms from the Lands' End Catalog or when using www.landsend.com, Land's End will donate 3% back to DBCS? To participate, simply include the DBCS preferred school number when placing your order with Land's End.

What if David Brainerd Christian School had a penny for every time you & your family searched the Internet? NO MORE GOOGLE!!! SEARCH THE WEB using www.goodsearch.com and money from Yahoo advertisers will go to DBCS without you spending a dime. The first time you log on select David Brainerd Christian School as your charity of choice and then it should pull up automatically each time.
With these next two program - Box Tops for Education and Campbell Soup Labels, there is a quarterly contest with six winners ( 3 middle school and 3 high school students) receiving a civilian day if they bring in the most labels and box tops. Look for more info including dates of contest in future Parent's Notes Home emails.
BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION:
Think "Box Tops" when you go grocery shopping! Earning cash for DBCS is as easy as clipping the tops off of your favorite products & sending them to school. We'll send off your clippings to be redeemed for cash. Each box top is worth 10 cents. And don't stop thinking "Box Tops" just because you may be shopping online. "Box Tops" is working with over 70 vendors to raise money for education. Go to www.boxtops4education.com for a full listing of products and to register as an online participant.
