When her youngest child started school, she joined the staff at Orcutt Baptist School in 1999. For two years, Mrs. Holloway served as Children's Ministry Director and School Director at Poquoson Baptist Church. She joined the staff at DBCS in 2009. Her greatest desire is to embrace every child where they are and help them discover their God-given potential for academic success and spiritual joy.

Mrs. Holloway earned an Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Development from Thomas Nelson Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Multidisciplinary Studies (Education/Psychology) from Liberty University, and a Master of Art in Human Services (Family & Marriage Counseling) from Liberty University. Mrs. Holloway is married to Marvin (Bub) Holloway, a firefighter in York County. They have three children; Olivia (Liberty University student), Norah (Averett University student), and Ethan (Liberty University student). For several years, the Holloways led their church's youth group. They have taught Sunday school together and love working with, coaching, and mentoring kids of all ages. The Holloways are members of Bethel Baptist Church in Yorktown. Stephanie loves spending time with family and friends. She has a passion for meeting people and making new friends. She loves to quote her mom, who told her often when she was young, "Make new friends, but keep the old. One is silver, and the other, gold!"
